Terms & Conditions

• The contest is open to all residents of India across all age groups
• Two age categories are available: 0 to 25 years and Above 25 years
• Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to register
• Registration requires a valid mobile number and email address
• Each participant may register for multiple contest categories
• Employees and immediate family members of ISKCON are eligible to participate

• Registration fee of ₹399 per contest category is required
• The Combo Pack (all 4 contests) is available at a special bundled price
• Payment must be completed through our secure payment gateway
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification
• Participants will receive confirmation via registered mobile number/email
• Registration fees are non-transferable between contest categories
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

• Winners will be selected by a panel of qualified judges appointed by ISKCON Tirupati
• The organiser's decision on winners is final and binding
• Prize amounts will be communicated directly to winners after announcement
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives
• Winners must provide necessary documentation (ID proof, bank details) for prize distribution
• Tax implications on cash prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners
• All participants receive a Digital Certificate of Participation

• Gift Books selected during checkout will be delivered to the address provided at registration
• Participants who select donation mode — books will be donated by the temple on their behalf
• Participants who select temple pickup — must collect from the contest stall at the temple
• Delivery timelines depend on courier availability and location

By submitting your essay, you grant ISKCON Tirupati a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and promote your submission for contest purposes and promotional activities. You retain full ownership rights to your original work. ISKCON will always credit participants when using their work publicly.

ISKCON Tirupati and the contest organisers are not liable for any technical issues, lost submissions, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, internet outages, etc.). We reserve the right to modify contest rules, deadlines, or prize values, or cancel the contest if necessary, with prior notice to registered participants.
